Eggnog Recipe

As the festive season approaches, the Policane Family wishes everyone many blessings, cherished moments with your loved ones and a New Year full of abundant health, prosperity, and joy.

To add a touch of sweetness to your celebrations, we’re excited to share a special recipe for Rompope with Policane:

Ingredients:

  • 2 liters of milk
  • 4 egg yolks
  • ½ cup of Policane
  • 1 ½ spoons of cornstarch 
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 6 Cloves
  • 3 tablespoons of water

Preparation:

Step 1 :
In a pot, boil the milk, Policane sugar, cinnamon and cloves over low heat for half an hour.

Step 2 :
Dissolve the 4 egg yolks in half a cup of milk, along with the cornstarch that has been dissolved in three tablespoons of water. 

Step 3 :
This mixture is added to the boiling milk in the pot, stirring constantly with a wooden spoon for 5 minutes, the heat is lowered and after it rests completely. 

Step 4:
And enjoy a delicious Rompope with Policane.
